Our mission is to assist individuals/families to have access to the Internet and lessen the digital divide by:
1. Educating schools, non-profits and social service organizations about the FCC’s Lifeline free government phone program benefits for low-income consumers.
2. Explain the ever-changing requirements regarding user eligibility in this critical Lifeline government benefit program.
To help expand this nationwide program to the over 24 million eligible Americans (that are currently not receiving their Lifeline government benefit), our organization works directly with schools, non-profits and social service organizations to educate and expand the Lifeline program.
Lifeline is the FCC’s nationwide government benefit program that provides free monthly cell service and data for eligible low-income Americans. This program enables participants to connect to family, employers and employment opportunities, and emergency services. Getting free cell phone service can be life changing for people; it can help someone find a job, communicate with family and get help in an emergency.
